Business Description
Semaris Ltd is a Mauritius-based company, which is engaged in developing luxury residential real estate assets. The Company owns and develops the non-hotel real estate assets with the principal objective of unlocking value from the available land bank located in Seychelles, Morocco, and Mauritius. The Company, through its various subsidiaries, develops essentially luxury residential real estate assets on this land bank and most of the properties shall be sold to generate returns for its shareholders. The real estate assets consist of Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate, Royal Palm Marrakech, and Praslin Resort. The Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate consists of approximately 220 luxury villas built on 150 hectares of land edging an 18-hole international golf course. The Royal Palm Marrakech estate consists of a five-star hotel operated by Fairmont, a golf course, and a country club all in operation. Praslin Resort Ltd is a five-star resort composed of approximately 50 rooms as well as 20 villas.
