Rogers and Company Limited is a Mauritius-based services and investment company. The Company operates through five segments: Rogers Finance and Technology, Rogers Hospitality and Travel, Rogers Logistics, Rogers Malls, and Rogers Real Estate and Agribusiness. Rogers Finance and Technology offers fiduciary, technological and credit services across the board. Rogers Hospitality and Travel includes hotels and resorts, leisure, restaurants, airline services, travel services, and ground handling. Rogers Logistics offers cross-border logistics, landside logistics, and packing and shipping. Rogers Malls offers its services through Ascencia, which is engaged in managing approximately seven malls. The malls are Bagatelle Mall, Phoenix Mall, Riche Terre Mall, Bo'Valon Mall, So'flo, Kendra and Les Allees. Rogers Real Estate and Agribusiness segment’s brands include Agria, Heritage Villas Valriche, Le Chasseur Mauricien, and Bel Ombre.
