The Company invests in the Offices and Light Industrial sectors. It owns approximately two Light Industrial Park with 6,804 square meters, which includes Industrial buildings at Pailles and Grand River Northwest (GRNW) that consist of: a Warehouse, Workshops, Stores, Offices, a Garage, a Messroom, and Locker Rooms. The Grand Bay Business Park includes approximately 73 units. The business park offers offices, restaurants, and parking spaces. Tenants are companies operating within the financial and technology sectors. Its portfolio includes Novus Industrial Properties Ltd, Novus GRNW Properties Ltd, and Novus Northern Properties Ltd.
