Transnational Corporation Plc is a Nigeria-based company, which is engaged in the investment and operation of portfolio companies in the hospitality, power, agro-allied and oil and gas sectors. The Company’s segments include Hospitality, Agro-allied, Power, Oil & Gas and Corporate Centre. The Hospitality segment operates through its subsidiary, Transcorp Hotels Plc. (THP), Transcorp Hotels Calabar Limited (THC), Transcorp Hotels Ikoyi Limited, Transcorp Hotels Port Harcourt Limited and Aura by Transcorp Hotels. These entities render hospitality services to customers. The Agro-allied segment operates through its subsidiary, Teragro Commodities Limited, which is engaged in the manufacturing/processing of fruit concentrates from fruits. The Power segment operates through its subsidiaries, Transcorp Power Limited and TransAfam Power Limited, which is engaged in generation of electric power. The Oil & Gas segment is engaged in exploration, refining and marketing of petroleum products.
