Business Description
Skye Shelter Fund (the Fund) is a Nigeria-based close-ended real estate investment trust (REIT). The Fund is primarily involved in acquiring investment properties which are held for capital appreciation. The Fund allocates to real estate properties, real estate-related investments, and fixed income investments. The Fund is engaged in acquiring, holding, renting, renovating and/or trading income-generating real estate, such as residential homes, shopping malls, shops, hotels, offices, and warehouses. The Fund’s properties include Milverton Court Estate, Osapa-Lekki Lagos; Bourdillion Court Estate, Off Chevron Drive, Lekki Lagos; Sapphire Gardens Estate, Awoyaya, Ibeju-Lekki Lagos; Victory Park Estate, Osapa Lekki,Lagos; and Harold Shodipo Crescent, Ikeja GRA, Lagos. It is managed and sponsored by Skye Bank Plc; Its trustees are PHB Capital & Trust Limited, and its external real estate adviser is Ubosi Eleh & Co.
