Rehabilitation of the reception centre of the Commune of Oussouye

The project is aimed at the reconstruction and management of the reception centre of the commune d'Oussouye, commonly known as "hotel" with a view to bringing it into line with current standards of accommodation and hospitality.The site is located in the Souleuck district, on the Cap Skiring road and falls within the communal domain for an area of 4000 m2; it currently houses eight buildings composed of twenty-five studios and a central building of four bedrooms and a living room. These buildings, which have only the ground floor, are built in a scattered manner and have become obsolete in view of the forty-five years of age, for the first.
