Development of Niokolo-Koba National Park

The main objective of the project is to make the Niokolo-Koba National Park an ecotourism reference area in West Africa. To this end, the Government of Senegal aims to (i) preserve the ecosystem of the Niokolo-Koba National Park, (ii) enhance the natural resources and potential of the Niokolo-Koba National Park through sustainable management, (iii) enhance the Niokolo-Koba National Park through sustainable tourism, (iv) improve the governance model of the Niokolo-Koba National Park.
