Cameroonian waste management company Hygiène et Salubrité du Cameroun (Hysacam) says more than 100 garbage trucks have been loaded for shipment to Cameroon under a procurement program covering 305 vehicles. Indonesian electric vehicle manufacturer PT Marlip Indo Mandiri has signed a cooperation agreement with Cameroon-based Ingenium SARL to establish a presence in the Cameroonian market. According to the Indonesian Embassy in Yaoundé’s 2025 activity report, the partnership covers the licensing, marketing, sale and maintenance of Marlip-branded vehicles.
