Its segments include Corporate and Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking South, Retail Banking North, Payment, Pension Fund Administrators (PFA), Insurance and Holding. Its Corporate and Investment Banking division provides bespoke comprehensive banking products and a full range of services to multinationals, large domestic corporates and other institutional clients. Commercial banking division provides commercial banking products and services to the non-institutional clients, medium and small corporate segments of the Nigerian market. Its Retail banking division is the retail arm of the Bank which provides financial products and services to individuals (personal and inclusive segments) and private banking segment.
