The Company's operating segments include Atlyn, Mnandi and Nkomo (Atteridgeville); Denlyn (Mamelodi); Thabong (Sebokeng); Victorian Village (Heidelberg); Thornhill (Polokwane); and Platz Am Meer (Namibia). The Company serves as a platform for property investors with a long-term investment goal to acquire a share in quality assets. The Company is focused on the re-development and upgrading the assets, as well as provision of services to day-hospitals, offices, and filling stations, among others.
