MAS P.L.C. is a Malta-based property investor and operator. The Company’s portfolio of properties includes enclosed malls, open-air malls, strip malls, offices, and residential properties. Its segments include CEE direct assets (CEE), CEE development joint venture (DJV), WE direct assets (WE), and Corporate (Co). The CEE segment consists of income properties located in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) fully owned and managed by the Group. The DJV segment includes income and development properties located in CEE operated by the Company and its subsidiaries and indirectly owned through DJV with Prime Kapital. The WE segment includes income properties held for sale located in Western Europe (WE) fully owned and managed by the Company and its subsidiaries.
