Equites Property Fund Limited is a South Africa-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is focused on the logistics property market by developing and acquiring A-grade, modern logistics facilities in prime locations in South Africa (SA) and the United Kingdom (UK). It operates through four segments: SA Industrial, UK Industrial, UK Developer, and Other. SA Industrial incorporates all the industrial and logistics assets and comprises about 61 completed properties split between prime logistics nodes in Western Cape, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal; UK Industrial incorporates part of the business, incorporates all completed buildings and development sites in the United Kingdom and comprised of about six completed properties; UK Developer relates specifically to the activities which pertains to the disposal of land and third-party developments; and Other include all treasury functions, corporate costs and the buildings held for sale.
