LayUp is a digital lay-by and recurring payments business with solutions for e-commerce and in-store purchases. The Software segment comprises three businesses: Synthesis, which is a software and systems developer, offering consulting and software solutions; Dariel, which is an engineering-focused information technology (IT) architecture, and the Responsive Group, which designs and develops Web and mobile digital applications.
