Its real estate asset base consists of Accra Mall (Accra, Ghana), Atlantic House (Lagos, Nigeria), and Capital Properties (Dar es Salaam, Tanzania). The Company operates through a single segment, which invests in equity securities. The Company holds investments in four companies, namely Accra Mall (Mauritius) Limited, Amani Place Properties Limited, Sacreil Oddlot Holdings Limited, and Lousol Properties Mauritius, which in turn hold assets in Ghana, Tanzania, and Nigeria.
