It operates through seven segments: Agribusiness, Real Estate, Hospitality & Travel, Logistics, Finance, Commerce & Manufacturing, and Technology & Energy. Agribusiness segment includes integrated agri-services across landscaping, plant production, and agro-supply distribution. This segment grows sugar cane, tea, and food crops, propagate exotic and endemic plants, and engages in poultry, cattle, and deer farming. Real Estate segment plans, develops, owns, and manages a portfolio of spanning territories, malls, workplaces and homes in Moka, Savannah and Bel Ombre. Hospitality & Travel segment owns and operates resort brands, curates leisure guest experiences, and manages aviation and travel services across seven countries. Logistic segment includes integrated logistics solutions, courier, transport, and customs services. Finance segment provides structured financial solutions, such as credit, fiduciary, and leasing.
