The Company operates through its subsidiaries: HFC Limited, HF Development and Investment Limited (HFDI), HF Bancassurance Intermediary Agency, First Permanent East Africa Limited (FPEAL), and HF Foundation Limited. HFC Limited is licensed to carry out the business of mortgage finance as well as banking services. HF Development and Investment Limited is engaged in undertaking real estate development and investment. HF Bancassurance Intermediary Limited provides bancassurance solutions. HF Foundation Limited is a social investment arm of the Company.
