ILAM Fahari I-REIT (the REIT) is a Kenya-based real estate investment trust, which owns and manages income-generating real estate for the benefit of its investors. Its objective is to provide stable returns and long-term growth for its unitholders by investing in properties that positively impact on the environment and the communities within its neighborhoods. The Company’s segments are Retail, Office, Industrial, and financial assets. The retail segment is engaged in retail outlets for letting. The office segment engaged in office space for letting. The industrial segment engaged in warehouse space for letting. The financial asset segment is engaged in deposits invested at the fund level. It invests in properties across the real estate sector, including mixed-use developments, retail, commercial, industrial, hospitality, residential, and specialized buildings. The REIT is managed by ICEA LION Asset Management Limited.
