Properties Proprietary Limited (I.M.P), owns two prime commercial properties in Sandton, namely the JSE building and the adjacent 24 Central, an industrial property in Linbro Business Park and an industrial property in Crown City. It invests in A-grade, B-grade, and C-grade tenants. Its A-grade tenants include international and national tenants, listed tenants, government, and franchisees. Its B-grade tenants include national tenants, smaller listed tenants, franchisees, and medium to professional firms. Its C-grade tenants include other local tenants and sole proprietors.
