Upper Egypt Flour Mills holds a majority stake in a flour milling company, Kings Valley Mills Company (54.54%). As of June 30, 2012, the Company’s major shareholders included Holding Company for Food Industries (27.00 %) and Union workers shareholders (14.68 %), among others.
