North Cairo Flour Mills Co SAE (NCFM), a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Food Industries, is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the food processing industry sector. The Company primarily is involved in the processing, packaging, storing, trading and distribution of different types of grains, grain derivatives and substitutes. The Company’s product line consists of four divisions, namely Wheat Flour, which includes strong bakers’ flour, biscuit flour, cake flour, all purpose flour and flour produced with ferrous sulfate; Pasta, which offers such brands as Mina Cairo and Molino Pasta, Pronto and Regime; Bakery products, including bread, pizza (frozen and fresh), candies, cookies, crackers, cakes and pies, and Flour Milling, which covers wheat and white corn, among others.
