Business Description
Golden Pyramids Plaza SAE is an Egypt-based company engaged in the fields of entertainment and hospitality facilities management. The Company operates through managing CityStars Heliopolis Cairo entertainment complex, which is situated in Nasr City, and consists of three international hotels, namely InterContinental Cairo Citystars, Holiday Inn Cairo Citystars and Staybridge Hotel; shopping and entertainment centers; office buildings; residential towers, and a medical center. In addition, the Complex includes other leisure and entertainment facilities such as theme parks, bowling and ice skating centers, cinemas, cafes and swimming pools, banqueting halls, health centers, and facilities service and administration offices. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiaries included Al Abnaa Tourism Development Company, Al Amjad Tourism, Industrial and Agricultural Development Company, Arab Tourism Development and Real Estate Investment Company and City Stars Company for Construction.
