Credit Agricole Egypt SAE is an Egypt-based bank engaged in the provision of corporate banking, retail, and investment banking services in the Arab Republic of Egypt and foreign countries, through its head office and a network of 73 branches. The Bank is organized into four business segments: the Large, medium, and small enterprises segment includes current account, deposit, overdraft account, loan, credit facilities and financial derivative activities; the Investment segment covers money management activities; the Retail segment includes current account, saving account, deposit, credit card, personal loans and real estate loans activities, and the Asset and liability management segment encompasses other banking operations, such as asset and liability management. The Bank holds 99.99% stake in its subsidiary, Egyptian Housing Finance Company (EHFC. The Bank’s major shareholders include Credit Agricole SA and Almansour and Almaghraby for development and investment, among others.
