Minergy Limited is a Botswana-based coal mining and trading company. The Company is a holding company of the Minergy Group. The Company is engaged in the development of its 100% owned Masama Coal Mine. The Masama coal mine is located on the southwestern edge of the Mmamabula Coalfield in southern Botswana, 60 kilometers (km) northeast of Gaborone. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Minergy Coal, holds the Mining License (ML 2018/9L) where a 376 MT Coal Resource has been independently delineated in the mining license area. The Company sells to a variety of customers in South Africa, Namibia, and Botswana across a variety of industries. Its subsidiaries include Minergy Coal (Pty) Ltd and Minsales (Pty) Ltd.
