Chobe Holdings Limited is a Botswana-based company, which provides ecotourism services. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, owns and operates approximately 14 eco-tourism lodges and camps on leased land in Northern Botswana and the Caprivi Strip in Namibia with a combined capacity of 333 beds under the brands of Desert & Delta Safaris, Chobe Game Lodge, and Ker & Downey Botswana. The Company’s segments include Camp, lodge and safari operations; Transfers and touring; Aircraft maintenance operations, and Other. Camp, lodge and safari operations segment offers full-service accommodation and game viewing services to guests at the Company’s camps and lodges. Transfers and touring segment offer air, road, and water transfers to and between the Company’s camps and lodges and those of other tour operators. Aircraft maintenance operations segment offers a suite of aircraft maintenance services. Other segment includes farming, property rental and miscellaneous operations.
