Description

Phase 2 of the Smart Zambia programme: national fibre backbone of 9,050 km across ten provinces plus a Government Wide Area Network (GWAN) connecting public-sector buildings to the National Data Centre. Phase 1 was financed by a USD 65.47M China Eximbank concessional loan (2015). Public contract value for Phase 2 not yet disclosed
