This intervention relates to the Technical Support Project for the Digitalisation and Innovation of the Cereals Sector (PATDIFIC). This technical support (TS) will make it possible to strengthen the institutional capacities of the Office des Céréales through support for digital transformation and the digital tools to be put in place, as well as the innovation dynamic to be introduced for the valorisation of cereal by-products and the promotion of innovative start-ups whose impacts are significant in terms of job creation, improved governance and management of cereal collection, the security of information systems and fire-fighting following the control of cereal dust. The expected income from this operation is the following (i) The study and development of a digital platform for monitoring the pooled collection of cereals and its implementation; (ii) The study to draw up a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the Office des Céréale (OC) and an Action Plan resulting from the implementation of the IT Continuity Plan (ICP) to consolidate and improve the security of the OC's information system; (iii) the acquisition of digital equipment to equip the OC room with a touch screen to organise videoconferences and remote meetings; (iv) the development of a plan for the valorisation of cereal by-products (dust and bran) with a training plan for a dozen start-ups, 6 of which will be selected to receive support in setting up pilot valorisation projects. The project has three components: (1) support for the digital transformation of the Office des Céréales's functions; (2) support for the innovative use of cereal by-products and for youth entrepreneurship; and (3) coordination of the project.
