Description

The project is aligned to all the afore-mentioned R-NDS priority areas and to Vision 2040 priority of access to health and other basic services since its key focus is restoration of sanitation infrastructure in Juba which will ensure environmental sustainability in the city. In creating jobs, the project will contribute to the macroeconomic stability of the country through social and economic development. It’s focus on circular economy practices will contribute to realization of the country’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) framework. The project contributes to climate finance, with 11 million USD of the total approved amount dedicated to adaptation.
