Extension & Management of the House of Thiangol Mangol in Kanel

The project is concerned with the rehabilitation and management of the site on a space of 5 ha, of which more than 5000m2 housing the hotel is constructed in the technique Nubian Voute. The hotel has ten air-conditioned rooms including one suite and a green space and more than 4 ha which is reserved for agricultural development. The investments already made are: (i) the construction of the hotel (10 rooms and one suite), (ii) an administrative block, (ii) the caretaker's housing, (iii) the green layout of more than 4000 m2 , (iv) the development of a fenced space of more than 1000ml, (v) the development of a drilling. equipped with a water basin of more than 5000m3 - exhaure equipment (motor pump) -
