Development and implementation of regulated electronic communications supervisory solutions

The objectives of this project are: - the centralization of databases, dynamic synchronization and interfacing (operators, state structures, GSMA, ...); - the confidentiality and security of databases; - the fight against fraud; - the collection of tax revenues not declared by the operators L的ARTP will arrange within its premises a space to accommodate the equipment necessary for the realization of this project. The private partner will provide the solutions/equipment necessary for the implementation of the project and will accompany the services of the ARTP until they are fully impregnated with the solutions provided. It will also ensure the maintenance and renewal of these equipment and will have to satisfy certain performance indicators.
