Design, construction, operation and maintenance of the National Library of Senegal

The project consists of the construction, equipment, operation and maintenance of the National Library (BN) of Senegal in Diamniadio by a private operator. The mission of the BN is to collect, maintain and disseminate permanently the published documentary heritage of the country and any document related to it and of cultural interest, as well as any document relating to Senegal and published outside the country. The National Library of Senegal located in Diamniadio will have a land base of 5,160 m2. It will include reception services, reader rooms, shelving boxes, offices or workspaces; administrative and financial services, shops, relure and catering workshops.
