The overall objective of the project is to increase the capacity of the social campuses of universities. The project consists of two (2) components: - Component 1: Construction of a residence with a capacity of 4000 beds and a restaurant with a capacity of 1000 places - Component 2: Beds and other furniture for residences and restaurant equipment
