Agro-industrial transformation zone project of the Centre (Agropole-centre)

The establishment of agro-industrial infrastructure in the areas of Kaolack, Kaffrine, Fatick and Diourbel for the processing of the peanut, cereal and salt sectors. The private sector will be responsible for developing the processing, storage, distribution and marketing of food products and related services. It is expected that the private sector will also be able to take over the construction of certain market infrastructures, ensure the promotion of agro-policies, their operation and maintenance.
