Development of some 17 hectares of reclaimed waterfront land at les Salines Port Louis, integrating a world-class marina and marina club, a premium casino and international betting facility, luxury hospitality and residential components, offices, retail, entertainment and extensive public realm infrastructure, amongst others. The project will provide exceptional connectivity to the Central Business District, Caudan Waterfront, cruise terminal, metro and the future Harbour Bridge. The project is expected to be delivered by experienced private developers on a Finance, Design, Build and Operate basis.
