The CAP2E project, titled "Building Capacity and Skills for Employability and Entrepreneurship in the Far North Region," represents a major socio-economic development initiative in Cameroon. This program specifically targets the Far North region, one of the most vulnerable areas in the country, characterized by a poverty rate of 74%, high unemployment rates, endemic poverty, and security issues linked to instability in the Lake Chad Basin region. The project aims to transform this struggling region into a space of opportunity, innovation, and inclusive resilience by investing massively in human capital development.
